A.E.S has been conducting Land Reclamation and associated Marine Works since its establishment over 25 years ago. Today we offer clients a complete service, from initial marine survey, through project management, tender documentation and site supervision, to final cadastral survey and land ownership certification.
Our in-house land survey team provide A.E.S with the resources necessary to provide clients with a comprehensive, efficient and cost-effective service that few competitors can match.

A.E.S have extensive experience of land, marine and shore protection projects which to date include:
- Budaiya, Muharraq and Sitra Fishing Harbours
- Master plan and project management of enlargement of Fishing Harbour infrastructure and associated facilities.
- Muharraq Island Reclamation (Bander Seef and West Hidd)
- Master plan, project management and infrastructure design of major land reclamation works in Muharraq and West Hidd requiring more that 12 million m³ of sand.
- Ritz Carlton Marina
- Design and project management of the Hotel’s Marina and associated facilities.
- Seef Waterfront Master plan
- Design and project management of the Hotel’s Marina and associated facilities.
- Dhow Harbour for the Bahrain Financial Harbour Project

SEWERAGE & STORM WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
A.E.S staff have significant experience in Sewerage & Storm Water design, maintenance and construction. We have the resources to design complete sewerage and storm water infrastructure, to Project Manage this design through all stages of work to final Municipal inspection & certification.
A.E.S staff are familiar with the design and development of overall systems, onsite exposure to Bahrain's large-scale Sewerage and Storm water infrastructure and posses the experience necessary to design and Project Manage collection networks and waste water treatments plants
